Blister Packaging
Blister Packaging is a method of packaging in which an object is placed in a pre-formed, clear plastic tray typically backed by a printed graphic card. Blister packaging consists of two main components, a thermoformed plastic cavity (PET, PETG, RPET) and main SBS backer card. Blister packaging has evolved over the years to a wide range of variations including common blister pack and double (2 piece) blister.
Blister packaging offers a low cost / high graphic approach to common retail goods. Each blister package requires custom tooling specific to each application.
