Club Store Packaging
Three distinct players in the club store arena are Costco Wholesale, Sam’s Club, and BJ’s. As club stores strive to increase market share, the push for innovative packaging ideas becomes a focus of consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies. Club stores have become increasingly aware of the multiple facets of the increased demand for consumer goods and the underlying packaging related issues including material value, excessive waste, shelf presentation, and innovative ideas.

- 3 piece structure with front card, insert, back card and blister ~ Front and back card .016 to .024 SBS C2S w heat seal coating, Insert for additional stacking support and tear resistance utilizing e-flute or chip, Blister, RF/Heat seal capable, up to 8/8 color front and back
- 2 piece structure with corrugated front card, paperboard back card and trap blister ~ Front card printed E-flute mini-flute card of SBS material w/ heat seal coating on inside of card, Back card .016 to .024 SBS C2S w heat seal coating, Blister, RF/Heat seal capable, up to 8/8 color front and back
- 2 piece structure with both front card and back card made of E-Flute or mini flute material with trap blister ~ Front and back card printed E-flute mini-flute card of SBS material w/ heat seal coating on inside of card, Blister, RF/Heat seal capable, up to 8/8 color front and back
