MSL Packaging & Fulfillment was founded under the premise utilizing full time core employees in combination with flexible labor for contract packaging, assembly & distribution services. MSL partnerships ensure that we have the support required to respond quickly and efficiently to immediate fluctuation's in both demand and complexity of contract packaging & assembly projects. MSL may be able to assist your most challenging project requirements and improve your products speed-to-market by utilizing our trained & experienced full -time staff and flexible labor with 24 hour shift capabilities.
MSL Packaging & Fulfillment provides contract packaging and distribution services to the consumer products industry. All QC Managers, Operations Management & Support, Line Leaders, Receiving & Shipping Clerks, Fork Lift Operators, CSR's, and Material Managers are full-time staff. MSL utilizes a highly flexible temporary workforce on top of our current full-time employees. In result, MSL has defied our company policy to do MORE than the minimum verification process that is required by State and Federal law to ensure not only proper documentation, but the integrity of our operation.
Labor Policy:
MSL Packaging & Fulfillment's company policy is to E-verify all full-time and temporary employees. E-verification ensures that each employee's SS# and legal information provided matches the U.S. Governments database of records. Once this information is verified as "true and accurate" a prospective employee will be allowed to work. If MSL is unable to verify an "Accurate and True" match, the prospective employee must rectify the incorrect or unverifiable information within a 2 week time frame. If the unverifiable information is not documented as "corrected", the prospective employee will be removed from the hiring list and unable to actively work at MSL.
By 2009, MSL Packaging & Fulfillment will require all temporary and full-time employees to speak English for all positions in the company. Bi-lingual supervision will no longer be required to communicate with non-English speaking employees. MSL will not discriminate against bi-lingual supervisors, we will simply not ask them to use any language other than English. Temporary employees with supervision and full-time potential who have limited English skills may be asked to complete a recommended English study course. These prospective employees will be reviewed within an agreed upon improvement time line. Upon successful completion of the recommended course, management will determine if the employees is eligible for full-time company positions.
