Shrink wrap packaging and shrink banding are both widely used and cost effective packaging methods. Shrink packaging provides is a protective wrapping for articles of merchandise consisting of clear plastic film that is sealed around various objects and shrunk with heat to create a clear, tight fitting package. Common shrink packaging films are produced from a variety of gauge’s and clarity including polyolefin, polyethelene (High Density and Low Density)and PVC. Shrink packaging offers the flexibility required for unique package design and can accommodate virtually unlimited product lengths.

Kalfass Universa 400 Side Seal Wrapper : The fully automatic side sealer Universa 400 is the answer to (almost) all packaging requirements. Its name reveals the concept and objective for this universal film packaging machine. Packaging speed:approx. 85 cycles/min.
Arpac TS33CF Side Seal Wrapper:The ARPAC TS33CF side seal horizontal wrapper is designed to package
oversize retail and industrial products at speeds of up to 60 packages
per minute*. The TS33CF uses up to 33" wide center folded polyethylene,
polyolefin or PVC films to shrink wrap large products such as mailing
envelopes, knock down boxes, shutters and desk pads. The TS33CF can
wrap packages of infinite length and can run products up to 10" high
with an easy
to change product height adjustment. The unique side sealer provides
close sealing proximity, keeping the package graphics distortion free.
Arpac Capra Overwrapper: The high-speed CAPRA™ 8000LS is ARPAC's new ruggedly constructed continuous motion horizontal shrink wrapping system that operates at speeds up to 140 packages per minute and 140 linear feet per minute. It has a 24" wide end seal, with a 10" high end seal opening, and can also run vertical end seals. This unique form, fill and seal wrapper uses a bottom lap seal via a fixed plow that leaves no excess film to waste. Utilizing polyethylene, polyolefin or PVC shrink film, the CAPRA™ 8000LS produces aesthetically pleasing packages that are perfect for retail display. The CAPRA™ 8000LS system offers extreme flexibility, and is designed to run large product sizes, as well as very small items.
